My trapeze partner Lauren and I just finished a fantastic weekend of performances in San Francisco with Topsy Turvy Queer Circus, where we performed a tender, intimate duo trapeze act. I also debuted a new handbalancing piece. It’s so exciting to share our work with the incredibly enthusiastic queer community out here on the West Coast, and to share the stage with generous, inventive, and brave queer performers.
Before that, Lauren and I debuted our exciting new duo trapeze act as part of NECCA’s Pro-Track graduation show. We’re so proud of this playful, high-energy, ambitious act, which really showcases how hard we worked and how much we learned over the previous months of intensive training at NECCA.
